COASTER. ROLLER SKATES, SKATEBOARDS AND SIMILAR DEVICES. USE OF, RESTRICTIONS. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, skateboard, toy vehicle or other similar device to go upon any sidewalk in any, business district or upon any roadway within the City and County of San Francisco. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or ride in or upon a roller skate or skates, coaster, skateboard, toy vehicle or other similar device upon any roadway or sidewalk within the City and County between the period commencing 1/2-hour after sunset and 1/2-hour before sunrise. (c) Any person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, skateboard, toy vehicle or other similar device upon any roadway or sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian crossing the roadway within any marked crosswalk or within any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection and shall also yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian approaching on any sidewalk. (d) At person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, skateboard. toy vehicle or other similar device upon any roadway shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching upon the roadway.
